A family-run distillery in Slabtown, Portland, Bull Run has taken great care of us, helping create custom whiskey barrels for Unipiper fans.

Our collaboration brings Portland’s creative spirit into the bottle—and back out into the city through the Unipiper’s Whiskey Run.

Where it began / 2025

The first
Unipiper whiskey.

In 2025, the Unipiper released his own whiskey for the first time, in collaboration with Bull Run Distillery.

The Unipiper Blend debuted with a release party at Koerner on November 20, bringing the Unipiper and friends together for a limited bottle release benefiting Weird Portland United.

In 2026, the tradition continues with the second annual release party: the Unipiper’s Whiskey Run on the Willamette.
